❋
Lesotho, Africa
Lesotho is a mountainous country landlocked within South Africa. Poverty and the lasting impact of the HIV/AIDS epidemic has left many children orphaned and many more without the support and family structure needed to thrive. The few churches in Lesotho are eager to serve the children in their communities, but often lack the resources, programming, and support needed to effectively extend their ministry beyond the church walls.
Our Approach
Our approach is to engage, equip, and empower the church to address spiritual, educational, and economic challenges in the community so that lives are transformed and the vulnerable are restored to God’s intention for them.
Church Engagement
Reclaimed works alongside local churches to build their capacity to provide sustainable, long-term care for the most vulnerable in their communities.

Community Partnerships
Reclaimed works with local organizations who are caring for the most vulnerable in their communities.
Children and Youth
Reclaimed supports local churches that serve vulnerable children through church-led orphan care programs. These programs provide emotional support, meet physical needs, foster spiritual growth, and advocate on behalf of each child.
Education
Through the church-led orphan care programs, Reclaimed helps provide educational tutoring and enrichment for over 150 children and youth.
In addition, Reclaimed established a high school (Reclaimed English Medium Academy) in 2024 to serve orphaned and vulnerable children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to complete schooling. Students attend free of charge and are provided two daily meals, school uniforms, spiritual formation, and counseling.
