Spring Break in the Mountains

The Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Mississippi State is now in their 9th year of partnership with Reclaimed Project. In this short amount of time, they have raised over $1,000,000 for Reclaimed Project, including a record fundraiser in 2022 of $225,802 through this year’s Charity Bowl at Davis-Wade Stadium on March 5th.

Not only do these incredible young men work hard to raise money for Reclaimed Project, but a group of actives travel to Africa every year to serve on a mission trip to see and experience first- hand the difference their philanthropic work is making in the lives of orphans and vulnerable children in Africa.

This past month, 23 actives gave up their spring break and traveled to Lesotho, Africa where they constructed 3 homes for orphaned children and their caretakers, built toilets for future volunteers, installed a ceiling in a nearby church, and several other projects.
